To take a portfolio from $30 million to $100 million in just 2 years is outstanding! That’s an annualized rate of over 116% and that is phenomenal!
We appreciate your expertise and all of your efforts to realize the gains you have on behalf of club members. There is no way we would ever have the network and the knowledge to do what you have done. Of all of our investments with the various FIC funds, we are most pleased with the Real Estate Fund and we have you to thank for that. So, thank you for your efforts! We only wish we had the wherewithal to invest more into the fund and that we could have had this opportunity years ago.
